CHALLENGE. Espolòn needed to carve out its own space in a crowded new spirits category: the luxury Cristalino tequila. We needed to honor the already-established codes of the premium Espolòn brand while setting it apart from competitors.
SOLUTION. Immersed in the vibrant tapestry of Mexican heritage, our team delved deep into the country's captivating tales and timeless traditions. We crafted a story around Mayan rituals and admiration for cenotes – age-old caves that open up to reveal crystalline waters. Stripped of labels, the illustration mirrors the civilization’s gifting ritual, portraying gifts floating down the clear bottle to Espolòn’s rooster icon, Ramón.
Continuing the brand's legacy of authentically portraying Mexican stories through its packaging, Espolòn Cristalino’s most premium tequila is one of celebration, tradition, and generosity.
